Brief overview

The university's extensive international ties allow students to attend courses taught by experts from leading universities around the world (such as University of Vienna and WU Wien, University of Coimbra, CERGE-EI, Chapman University) in addition to internationally recognized domestic university teachers. Students devote themselves independently to the original research program, which is closely supervised and led by faculty members. In this regard, they cooperate mainly with their supervisor. Regular research seminars with invited foreign experts, a doctoral research seminar, and other academic activities contribute to their own development towards a personality who can take responsibility for conducting research in a given scientific or professional field, present research results to the international professional community, and contribute to the development of the society in the context of scientific and technical progress.

The study program is taught in English. It prepares graduates who are competitive in the international labour market. It reflects the fact that economic research at the European level is conducted in English. It contributes to the internationalization and openness of education at the EUBA Faculty of National Economy. It takes place through international cooperation with partner institutions, active involvement of foreign professors and lecturers in teaching and research activities and seminars of doctoral students.
